Inoculation heads up the old standbys—Draenei players have overlooked this card for some time, but it has natural synergy with many of the most powerful cards in Alliance, including Parvink and Mya, Dragonling Wrangler. In a pinch, it evacuates a character with damage on it, like Bitties. And, of course, you’re always getting a card, at least.
The art on Are We There, Yeti? always makes me wonder if the intrepid adventurer pictured ever does get there. Its inclusion here should be a no-brainer once you remember Heroic Presence’s err . . . presence . . . in the deck.
Finkle Einhorn, At Your Service! and One Draenei’s Junk . . . deserve consideration side by side.
My very own preview card, Junk, is almost a surefire hit in this deck considering that two-thirds of the deck qualifies. Most of the time, this strong new quest will simply say, “Look at the top three, keep one.” I’ll take that any day.
Finkle makes sense as an extension because our deck will have a weenie-centric theme. Our good 1- and 2-drops come back for a second helping with this monster card, including perennial fave “Chipper” Ironbane.
Fires of Outland also introduces a new quest that’s sure to be a favorite among aggressive folks. Corki’s Ransom is what we in the biz call a “resource sink”—you can drain any extra resources into this quest. Since your curve is low, there are turns when Corki’s is basically “pay 1 to draw a card”—you can replay it, after all!
